Firstly I'll mention the customer service for this product. I had an issue that necessitated I reach out to customer service (a smell problem with my product) and they responded quickly, politely, and were very willing to oblige my request for a replacement. I am so very grateful for that.Secondly, the main body of the review: These pillows are wonderful. I rough it, I don't spend fancy and I try to make do with what I have. This means pillows from a dollar store or the supermarket, those super soft fluffy things that turn into fluffed up messes. But back issues and poor sleep made me risk a change. I'm glad I did.These pillows are on the right side of firm: they're soft and somewhat malleable, but provide great support for sleeping. I recommend a good pillow case for them though as the crinkles, but not too much. Thus far, a few days into enjoying them, they haven't flattened at all and have greatly contributed to better sleep for me. The key feature here is size and support - they are large and great for side or back sleeping. I definitely recommend them.When the package was received I said there is now way two pillows can fit in that small box. Much to my surprise they sure did. When I first opened the box I was disappointed because the pillows were flat and hard as a rock then we did exactly what the directions called for and with a little effort they began to fluff. It did take a while to fluff and break apart the filling to the desired size. All well worth it especially silly for the price. I had priced similar king size pillows for 5 times the price. I recommend being patient with the fluffing process and trust you will be pleased.I don’t write many reviews, but I’m currently laying on my pillow and I’m utterly gobsmacked at the impossibility of its simultaneous softness AND maintained height and support. Genius. Absolutely genius. The search just might finally be over!! It’s only been a week or so, but I have a feeling about this one. I think this is the keeper I’ve been looking for all my adult life! If anything changes I’ll edit this, but so far I’m completely twitterpated.I've been searching for a good firm pillow for a long time and finally found it. I've spent a small fortune on trying to find the right pillow and these are perfect! The price is even better.I can sleep on my back, side or stomach and they cradle my neck perfectly. You can't go wrong with these pillows.Reluctant to buy pillows online but took the plunge as I desperately needed new pillows. Happy I did as these pillows are firm yet soft to touch and love the fact there is a washable case under the pillow case I put on. Time will tell how they hold up but so far pleasantly surprised and pleased!I use this pillow to sleep on and also as support when reading. It is a large,fat pillow that does not sink down. Perfect for me. I am o side sleeper.would buy it again.Updating review after Accuratex reached out to help rectify the issue with one of the pillows I had had received. Perhaps I was unlucky receiving a rare pillow with an issue, but the company stepped up. The replacements I received are as top notch like the other one of the I had ordered. Largely my experience is also in line with the many other top reviews here (one of the reasons why I bought them in the first place). Great customer support and great product.Like the quality of the materialLove this pillow, never change it.
