I love this! While I do have a recliner, sometimes I just want to sit in bed. Or, since my recliner only fits one person, if I want to sit next to my husband while we watch TV, we can sit on the bed now. The wedge is a lot more convenient, comfortable, and supportive than piling a bunch of pillows on top of a "husband" pillow.Some reviewers are disappointed in the fact that the wedge is not soft. However, if you are looking to use this to support your back and neck, you will be glad that it is hard, so it can support you. The neck pillow at the top if fully adjustable. I like to keep it low and put a small flat pillow behind my head, if I want to support my head and neck while I am sitting up to use a laptop or read a book.I am not using this product to try to sleep, and I don't have back pain. Instead, I have Cervical Dystiona, which causes a lot of pain on the right side of my neck and in my trapezius (the muscle on top of your shoulder). When I receive Botox injections every 12 weeks, my neck can be weak. Also, sitting without proper support can cause more pain.I also would recommend this to anyone who needs a recliner, but can't afford to invest in one yet. With the addition of a pillow behind my neck for using my laptop, it is just as comfortable as my fully adjustable recliner, plus I can get in and out of the bed a lot more quickly, and the bed allows room for both of my dogs to sit with me!
