I provide care giving services for my husband and many things I have to do for him wreaks havoc on my back. I visit the chiropractor monthly for realignment, but my lower back seemed to need an adjustment every morning. I purchased the lumbar pillow because of how it was described in the add. Well, thankfully for me the advertisement turned out to be on point. I have slept on it every night since I purchased it, and it works, it really works! My back is not 100% but it is pretty close.This is a great pain relief aid for me. I'm a side sleeper and this cushions my left hip and relieves all pressure all night. Love the removable parts. I prefer on when stretching off for sleeping.
